This month for our Seashore Stampers  blog hop, 

we are focusing on Christmas.

 

I decided to do the  packing tape glitter window technique.

CREATIVE DETAILS:

SS: In the Pines Bundle (In the Pines Stamp set & Pine Woods Die)

CS: Shaded Spruce; Whisper White; Whisper White (Thick)

INK: Shaded Spruce

OTHERS:  Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine,  Dimensionals; 

Stampin' Seal; Silicone Craft Mat; Glitter; Packing Tape

I die cut the detailed tree and the tree mask from the Pine Woods Dies

Photocopy paper was used for the tree mask

Placed the mask on the inside right edge of the tree

Stamp tree image

Move the mask over to the inside left edge of the tree

 Turn the image over on a Silicone craft sheet and

place a strip of packing tape along back of the tree

(the sticky adhesive side should not stick to the Silicone Craft Sheet)

 

Apply glitter on the adhesive (sticky) side of the tape

Place Stampin' Dimensionals on the back of the card

 

(Tip:  I used black Sharpie pen on my sheets of Stampin' Dimensionals, to leave a black marks before placing them on the card)

This helps me identify what protective sheet is still on the 

Stampin' Dimensionals

Sentiment from a Playful Penguins (retired)

On the right, I stepped it up by running an embossing folder (EF).

This month for our Seashore Stampers  blog hop, 

we are focusing on Thanksgiving and Halloween.

 

 Slimline card has taken off like a wild fire!

 

I chose to do a Slimline Halloween card and a 3D treat container.

I was inspired by a card from pinterest by Sara Rayner

CREATIVE DETAILS:

SS: Have A Hoot; Tags, Tags, Tags

CS: Basick Black; Whisper White; Pumpkin Pie

INK: Momento

DIE/PUNCHES: Peek A Hoot Die

OTHERS: SU! Cut & Embossing Machine; Stamparatus; Glittered Organdy Ribbon; Stampin' Sea; Cobweb 3D Embossing Folder; 

Stampin Blends; Dimensionals;

 

 8-5/8 x 3-3/8 Basic Black CS

I used one of the large tag to die cut the spider's web

Lightly pencil the frames on a Whisper White CS

Stamp images with in the penciled in frames.

Post it note was used to stamp image 

from Tags, Tags, Tags stamp set,

Cut out the inside portion of the stamped tag image 

to create a window.

 This becomes a mask when you stamp 

your sentiment.

Emboss with the Cobweb 3D EF

Stamp, colour and die cut the images.

Erase the penciled framed lines

Adhere the white panel behind the black frame.

I added the cobweb die cut directly behind the black frame.

Attach the coloured images with dimensionals.

Stamp sentiment on a strip of Whisper White,

create a banner at one end of the strip.

It’s wonderful to use the new Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with the dies.

It will be available to customers in Sept.

Choose which side of the DSP (Designer Series Paper)  

you want on the outside of the box.

 Fold all the score lines

 

Place insert tap in the slot

 

Place tear & tape to attach the box to the sides

(This is an option)

I made the the flying pig with the retired Curvy Keepsake die 

many years ago.

Dimensionals were placed under the vellum 

Stitched So Sweetly frame, to pop up the sentiment.
